Careers
We are committed to supporting staff to develop their chosen
careers. We provide a wide range of training opportunities both professional and
personal for all our staff whatever their job role or qualifications. Relevant training is
important for all staff at our home not just for care staff. Almost all of our existing staff
have a minimum of NVQ level 2/ Care Quality Framework (CQF) or Advance
apprenticeships in Health and Social Care, new staff are supported to achieve a CQF
or Advance apprenticeships in Health and Social Care. We use a combination of
internal, external and electronic training, keeping all our staff up to date as well as
helping them with career development. All staff undergo induction training to prepare
them for their new working environment and introduce them to the residents they will
be working with.
